Do you offer perms?
No, we don’t. We work with women and kids that have natural curls only.
How long do these curls last?
From wash to wash! We don’t change the pattern or the texture of your hair. We work with you to understand yours curl more and how to maintain them. With the right products, right techniques and home care, you can have amazing curls that would last for days without frizz!
Can I book for a cut only without the hydration?
If you are a new client, you will be required to do the cut and the hydration. Your appointment will start with cutting your hair dry, then it will be washed and hydrated, then the cut will be continued after the hair is dry again.
If you are a returning customer who is coming back within 2-3 months with the same stylists, you can book for a Curly Cut & Go.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
To prepare for your appointment, your must come with your hair washed, detangled, dry and free from styling products and any hair ties. The stylist needs to see your hair at its natural state to understand your curls and the different patterns your hair may have.
What products do you use?
We use Innersense, Davines, Jessicurl, K18 and Olaplex.
How often should I book for a cut?
Every 3-4 months.
How often should I book for curl hydration?
Our regular clients gets their hair washed and hydrated in the salon on a regular basis. We offer hydration packages that will be more friendly for your budget.
If you don’t have the time or want to save money, we recommend that you come once a month to get a detox, deep conditioning, hydration and styling done.
Why do I have to put my credit card details when I book?
We won’t be charging you before your appointment but we require you to confirm your appointment with a card. We will check out your services at the salon once you are done from all your service. However, in case of a late cancelation (less than 24 hours), with no valid reason, your card will be charged 10% of the appointment fee. In case of a no-show, your card will be charged 30% of the appointment fee.
This policy is in place to protect our business and our staff wages.
