Meet Kym from the vibrant town of Dundalk, Ireland. With a decade of experience in the industry, Kym’s journey has been adorned with accolades, including participation in Davines Talent Greenhouse and receiving numerous color awards from prestigious brands such as L’Oréal, Schwarzkopf, and Davines.

For Kym, the beauty industry is more than just a profession; it’s a tight-knit community where creativity thrives, mutual inspiration abounds, and support flows freely. Specializing in blondes, balayage, and lived-in looks, Kym ensures her clients receive not only top-notch hair services but also a warm, welcoming atmosphere where their needs and desires are attentively heard and addressed.

A typical day in the salon for Kym starts with her beloved coffee – she’s known to indulge in at least three cups throughout the day. With meticulous planning and preparation, she ensures her clients’ experiences are nothing short of exceptional, prioritizing their safety and satisfaction above all else.

Outside of work, Kym is passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, often hitting the gym and savoring clean, nutritious meals. An impressive fun fact about her: she has independently shed 40kg since 2021 through dedicated training and dietary discipline.

Having called the UAE home for the past six years, Kym finds solace either unwinding at home or pursuing her fitness goals in the gym during her downtime.

Stephanie is Boho’s youngest member, starting as an Assistant with a desire to transition to a stylist.

Hannah is the newest member of the Boho team. Originally from Leeds, England she has an NVQ Level 2 & 3 and has lived in the Middle East for the past seven years. Specializing in Blonde Hair, Balayage, Hair Transformation and Color, Hannah is passionate about making her clients feel special by bringing her creativity and knowledge to each appointment,

Gayle’s Dream?
There are simply too many to list…

Layla Al-Hajjaj started her career as an Engineer in the Oil and Gas industry, moving from Technical to Sales and to Operation Management over six and half years. After carrying out her extensive career in five different countries, Layla felt it was time for a change and stepped away from the corporate world. She moved into non-profit work to help her own community. Within a government entity, she was able to deliver projects which created inclusion opportunities for those with intellectual disabilities, specifically within Health & Fitness, Education, Sports, Community Engagement, Youth, Art and Technology.

In 2020, with the arrival of a global pandemic, Layla was inspired to start a new project focused on contributing to her community and planet through minimizing waste, educating people about sustainable and ethical beauty…and ultimately, being a part of the change this world needs. Layla’s goal with Boho is to create a sustainable and profitable local business which gives back and helps people to realize that we are all capable of being the change we wish to see in the world.
