This month we have explored self-love and what it really means. It’s so easy to refer to ‘self-love’ in terms of specific actions, but what does the phrase actually mean?

Every time a client falls into a chair at Boho, we know that they are about to experience a few hours of actual, genuine self-care to cultivate their overall sense of self-love.

4. Scrubbery Body Scrub by Upfill
